Maximizing Efficiency and Productivity During Dump Day: 8-11am

Dear Neighbor,

Do you have bulky household items you need to throw away? Bring your household waste and e-waste to the Costa Mesa Senior Center on Saturday, February 3 from 8-11 a.m (entrance on Plumer St.).

Caltrans staff will be on-site to collect household items that are too bulky for residential garbage bins, such as mattresses, furniture, and toys. E-waste will be accepted.

You can dispose all those items at no charge. All Orange County residents are welcome. Open rain or shine.

The following items will NOT be accepted at this event:

  • Hazardous materials (batteries, paints, oils, chemicals, pesticides, smoke detectors, fluorescent lights, etc.)

  • Concrete, dirt, rocks, brick, asphalt, or sand

  • Treated wood

  • Tires

If you have any questions or need assistance with state-related issues, please contact my office to speak directly with someone on my team.

Yours faithfully,Cottie Petrie-NorrisCalifornia State Assemblywoman
